Volusia

Volusia is the 33rd addition to Executive Golf. If you enjoy elevation changes, Volusia is the course for you. Beginning on the first hole with a climb to the top of a hill, once on the second tee you will see views that are seen only at Volusia. Volusia is a par 28 and includes tees for golfers of all abilities.

Silver Lake

Wall-to-wall fairways, no bunkers and only two short carries over water make this a fun course for everyone to play. One of the original courses at The Villages, Silver Lake can be found right in the middle of Orange Blossom Gardens. Continuous improvements make this a great course for the novice, and an ample test for the advanced player.

Sandhill

Named appropriately, this course has several sand bunkers and golf holes that meander either up or down a hill. Its rolling terrain and elevation changes make a round on this course a great treat. The elevation changes will keep you guessing on club selection and provides a good challenge for all level of golfers.

Saddlebrook

Saddlebrook is a favorite among residents with its classic southern style of rolling fairways, 100-year-old oaks and nature preserve area. Golfers should be able to enjoy a round from any tee placement, while novice golfers will feel welcomed from the forward markers.

Pimlico

This layout lulls the golfer into a state of comfort with the first few holes of play, before quickly providing one of the most challenging sets of finishing holes in Executive Golf. Carrying distance is not nearly as important as club selection and shot placement. Featuring two spectacular par four holes, this course provides an ample challenge for any golfer.

Lowlands

Lowlands Executive Golf Course in The Village of Marsh Bend offers breathtaking scenery, natural waterways and a majestic oak canopy.

Bordered by Hogeye Preserve, unique and interesting challenges include elevation changes, multiple tee box locations, water features and strategically placed hazards.

Hill Top

Hill Top is named after its rolling hills terrain and panoramic vistas of The Villages. The course challenges players with many changes in elevation from tee to green. Strategically placed bunkers and widened collars make the short game of premier importance for a good score.

Hawkes Bay

Hawkes Bay is a beautiful and fair test of golf skills. While the first five holes are relatively straight-forward, the last four turn up the heat and may have you wishing you’d taken advantage of the easier scoring opportunities that holes 1-5 provided you. Birdies are notoriously hard to snag on the second half of Hawkes Bay. Taking its name from the wildlife preserve that runs alongside several fairways, Hawkes Bay is known for its undulating greens, large bunkers and the moguls that can transform a good shot into a tricky uphill or downhill lie without warning. Whether you play 849 from the forward tees or 1336 from the rear tees, you’ll be glad you gave Hawkes Bay a try.

De La Vista

Golfers of all levels should enjoy playing at De La Vista. The open terrain allows for errors off the tee, with easier recovery, and a pair of par four holes to let the shaft out a bit. A round from the forward marker is a nice test for the novice golfer.

Bogart

Golfers experiencing this course will either be begging for more or for mercy as “Bogie” tips his fedora and winks at the end of their round. Straight shots will be rewarded here more than the long hitter. Even on the lone par 4 hole, precise placement of the tee shot will reign over a long ball in one of the strategically placed bunkers. Once the visual intimidation is conquered, the course can be tamed. Here’s looking at you, kid.
